Treat stains as soon as possible, as some substances can cause permanent damage to fibers and colors. The success of cleaning depends largely on how quickly you act. Almost 80% of all fresh stains can be removed with clear water. Dab and absorb liquid substances with a terry cloth towel (or similar). Thickened and dried substances such as chewing gum must be removed and brushed off (e.g., with a flexible spatula). Water-soluble stains should be moistened again with a little water and dabbed again. Please make sure to only dab the stains and not rub them. Always work from the outside in to avoid unnecessarily enlarging the stains. Repeat this process if necessary. If stubborn stains cannot be removed in this way, we will be happy to recommend suitable products.
