The mats should not be exposed to high temperatures for long periods of time. To preserve the colors, we recommend storing them in a dry place at room temperature in a dark location.
Mats with rubber backing (all mats that can be washed in the washing machine according to the washing instructions) can be stored flat or rolled up. When storing flat, stack them with the back side on top of the pile side. When storing rolled up, roll them with the rubber side facing outwards. Under no circumstances should the mats be folded or creased!
Mats without rubber backing (hand wash only) must be stored flat, stacked with the back side on the pile side. The tread edge of the PromoMat Basic and PromoRunner Basic must not be creased under any circumstances. This can cause irreparable white breakage and make the tread edge brittle.
